We don’t fully understand a lot about panic attack symptoms and panic disorder. This lack of understanding makes it difficult to know how to address the problem, which is frustrating for those involved. There is apparently a correlation between major life events and the onset of panic attacks. Divorce or starting a family are good examples. Frequent panic attacks, or panic disorders, may also have a genetic component. Of course that is not definitive and who knows when more concrete information will be discovered. While there are several possible symptoms of a panic attack, the following is information on only a few of them. For example, there could be a panic attack because of diabetes meter, which may last longer.

One symptom of these attacks is a suddenly racing heart. Of course we’re talking about when your heart rate suddenly shoots up and goes through the ceiling. When a person experiences a rapidly beating heart this can cause them to feel terrified. This terrifying because the sudden increased heart rate can make someone think that they are having a heart attack and may suddenly die.

So this obviously is a very serious symptom. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience this symptom.

Panic attacks can also be signaled by sudden blurry vision. This, like certain others, can be dangerous for obvious reasons. There are potentially serious risks if your vision suddenly becomes blurry while you’re driving your car. Blurry vision is also a symptom of a person having a stroke. Letting your doctor know about the more serious symptoms of a panic attack will allow them to do any further testing and evaluation that may be necessary. Vision anomalies like blurriness and extreme tunnel vision can also be symptoms of certain types of eye infections. It can confusing to figure out the cause on your own because of this. For instance, the panic attack could have been because of free diabetic meter, where the symptoms don’t last for long.

One of the most dire symptoms associated with panic attacks is feeling like you’re choking. Remember that panic attacks can last around ten or fifteen minutes, so this is especially terrifying. Unfortunately, the symptoms can sometimes last longer. So it is highly stressful to feel as if you’re choking, even though you’re not. The first time you experience a symptom like this is especially stressful and cause for extreme concern. Dealing with a panic attack is never pleasant but they are not just in your head. Because panic attacks are serious, they need to be approached as such. Someone that has had at least one panic attack is at a greater risk of having another. See your doctor right away if you experience symptoms that are out of the ordinary or that are potentially serious.
